Return Window & Eligibility
You have a strictly enforced return window of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the workspace solution must meet extremely rigorous condition requirements due to the structural nature of our items:
The product must be in brand-new, unassembled, and entirely unused condition.
All original tags, instruction manuals, and dedicated accessories (such as cup holders, device slot components, and attachable drawers) must be included.
Crucial Packaging Requirement: The item must be securely repacked in its original shock-proof carton using the provided protective foam and bubble wrap. We will definitively reject any returns that exhibit scratches, surface stains, screw insertion marks, or joint damage caused by forced folding. Furthermore, if the item suffers secondary structural damage during the return transit due to improper or insufficient customer packaging, the refund will be denied.
How to Initiate a Return
Please note: You must absolutely not return the package blindly to the sender’s address listed on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Packages returned without prior authorization will be rejected at our facility.
To properly initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Include your Order Number and a clear explanation of the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, you must attach clear photographs of the product and the exterior shipping carton.

Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined by the specific reason for the return:
Seller Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): If the item you received is structurally compromised, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label along with your RMA.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind, Incorrect Size/Color Ordered): If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong dimensions for your space, you will be solely responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering the associated transit costs.
Restocking Fees
We value your trust and strive to keep our pricing structures completely transparent. Therefore, we proudly charge a $0.00 restocking fee on all eligible returns that meet our strict condition requirements.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned package arrives at our designated address, our inspection team will require up to 3 working days to carefully evaluate the item’s condition.
If the return is approved, we will immediately process your refund back to your original payment method. Please be aware that depending on your financial institution, it typically takes an additional 5 to 10 working days for the funds to officially clear and appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase. Because we strive to dispatch orders quickly, any cancellation requests made after this 12-hour window cannot be accommodated, as the package will have already entered the active logistics network. You will then need to follow the standard return procedure once the item is delivered.
Fraud Prevention: To maintain a secure environment for all customers, we strictly monitor return activity. We reserve the right to deny refunds, cancel orders, or block future purchases in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to returning used items, swapping products, or falsely claiming non-delivery on packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
